Search for the Ms. OLFU Beauties 2012 Online Competition

 

 

MECHANICS, VOTING and VOTING RESULTS UPDATING:

 

Mechanics:

  1. All female students that are currently studying or alumni in Fatima University (Valenzuela, Quezon City, Pampanga and Antipolo) are qualified to join.
  2. Nomination Procedures:
    1. The nomination can be provided by themselves (students or alumni) or nominated by their classmates, schoolmates or recommended by their teachers.
    2. In nominating, please provide the following details:
      1. Name:
      2. Course:
      3. Year Level/Alumni:
      4. Description about you/her:
      5. Description about your/her school life:
    3. After providing the following details, provide at least a minimum of 15 pictures of you/your nominated beauty.
  3. Posting of Pictures: All pictures that you have submitted will be subject for approval. Pictures submitted shall not be comprised of the following:
    1. Nudity pictures (exposing everything in the camera – private parts of the body shown fully and uncensored)
    2. Group pictures (all shall be focused on yourself and not on the group)
  4. Once all pictures are qualified to be part of the search, it will be uploaded in an album. These pictures will be uploaded by an admin of the OLFU Beauties and Handsome.
  5. After the posting of pictures, the beauty featured shall be tagged by the admin who posted the picture of their featured beauty.
  6. Deadline for the Submission of Nominations will be extended until January 12, 2013 at 3pm.

 

Voting:

For the voting, here are the rules:

  1. Voting is open to all Fatimanians and non-Fatimanians that are friends, classmates or schoolmates of the featured beauty.
  2. There are 2 categories:
    1. Facebook Fanpage (with 2 sub-categories and 3 2nd sub-categories)
      1. Photo Albums
        1. Likes
        2. Comments
        3. Shares
      2. Individual Photos
        1. Likes
        2. Comments
        3. Shares
    2. Official Website Page (via the esurveyspro.com poll)
  3. For Facebook Fan Page: All likes, comments and shares will be tabulated regularly.
  4. For Official Website Page:
    1. Voters shall have a glimpse of all the beauties found in the official Facebook Fan Page.
    2. Voters can vote for their favorite beauty as many as possible.
    3. Votes will be tabulated regularly and accordingly.
  5. Rules in Commenting for the Photos of your Favorite Beauty:
    1. You have the right to freedom to comment anything. But the following are allowed for the comments to be valid:
      1. Cheering for the candidate featured
      2. Inviting friends to share the album
      3. Giving good comments for the candidate featured
    2. In commenting, the following shall be avoided:
      1. Obscenity and vulgar comments
      2. Threat against an admin or the beauty featured
      3. Swapping votes
      4. Shouting in the comment box
  6. Deadline for the Voting are as follows:
    1. Facebook Fan Page: March 13, 2013 at 5pm
    2. Official Website Page: March 13, 2013 at 8pm

 

Voting Results:

Be guided accordingly with this voting result update rules:

  1. Only the main administrator has the right to tabulate the results. In the event that the main administrator wants to add another admin/s to do the tabulation, only the assigned admin/s will be allowed to tabulate the results.
  2. In the tabulation of the voting results, all likes, comments and shares of the likers (from the Facebook Fan Page) and the votes casted by the voters (via the esurveyspro.com poll widget in the Official Website Page) will be tabulated.
  3. After the tabulation, the main administrator will announce the latest voting results.
  4. The voting results update will be provided 3x a day at the following times:
    1. 5:00PM
    2. 6:20PM
    3. 8:00PM
  5. At the end of the voting, all votes will be tabulated and will be closed accordingly. The Facebook Fan Page will be down for 3 hours at the end of the voting to tabulate the final number of likes, comments and shares. The likes, comments and shares from the individual albums and individual photos in the albums will be tabulated one by one and subject to final verification. The esurveyspro.com poll will be closed also accordingly and will be close to the public. The final voting results (with votes and percentage) will be shown on the official website page.

 

SELECTION for the 1st Ms. OLFU Beauty 2012:

  1. All beauties have the chance to grab the following virtual awards
    1. 3rd Runner-up
    2. 2nd Runner-up
    3. 1st Runner-up
    4. Ms. OLFU Online Beauty 2012
  2. Criteria for Judging will be as follows:
    1. Facebook Fan Page Likes, Comments and Shares – 60%
    2. Official Website Page Votes – 40%
  3. At the end of the voting, the final results will be announced 2 days after the final tabulation of votes.

            Facebook Fan Page: March 13, 2013 at 5pm

            Online Poll Voting Page: March 13, 2013 at 8pm
